  • No, branding is so much more than just the logo element. A strong brand identity that is cohesive and aligned comes together through strategy and design as well as a variety of elements including colour palette, fonts, copy, collateral, and logos. Having a complete brand identity will help align your business, give you the tools to grow, and help leave a lasting impression on your dream clients.

  • Generally, payments are broken into two or three parts, depending on the timeline. There is a 35% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking and the remainder can be paid in one or two equal payments during the project. Please note the final payment needs to be made in order to receive your new brand or website.

  • Yes! Many of my clients are established businesses who've outgrown their original branding. Whether you're 2 years in or 10, if your brand doesn't reflect where you are now, it's time for a refresh.

  • Lots. This is collaborative process. I need your expertise about your business, your industry, and your clients. But I'll guide the design decisions and strategic positioning - that's what you're hiring me for.

  • You'll own all your brand files and can hire any designer to create additional materials. Or book a VIP Design Day and I'll create exactly what you need.
