Pre-Project Prep
Before we officially start, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire and we'll have a strategy session to plan your site structure, pages, and user journey.
Week 1: Design & Build
I design your homepage as a wireframe. You review and provide feedback so we're aligned on direction and style before I build out the rest of your site.
Week 2: Refinement & Launch
I complete all remaining pages, optimise for mobile, implement SEO, and handle all technical setup. You get one final round of revisions to perfect every detail.
LAUNCH DAY
Once you approve everything, we launch! You receive training on how to manage your site, plus 30 days of support for any questions or small tweaks.

Whilst I can choose colours and fonts for your website, having a dedicated brand identity will help align your business and help leave a lasting impression on your dream clients.

Generally, payments are broken into two or three parts, depending on the timeline. There is a 35% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking and the remainder can be paid in one or two equal payments during the project. If you need a different payment timescale please ask and I’ll try to accommodate you.

No. All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

No, I don’t offer a copywriting service but I do provide a workbook with tips on how to write good web copy as well as a guide for what to include in each section of the website. I can also provide recommendations for copywriters.
