  • No, branding is so much more than just the logo element. A strong brand identity that is cohesive and aligned comes together through strategy and design as well as a variety of elements including colour palette, fonts, copy, collateral, and logos. Having a complete brand identity will help align your business, give you the tools to grow, and help leave a lasting impression on your dream clients.

  • Generally, payments are broken into two or three parts, depending on the timeline. There is a 35% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking and the remainder can be paid in one or two equal payments during the project. Please note the final payment needs to be made in order to receive your new brand or website.

  • No. All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

  • Absolutely! There is nothing worse than not knowing what you are signing up for and I like to be completely transparent to my clients so there are no nasty surprises for either of us!   • Yes, for existing and previous clients I offer additional design services such as social media templates, packaging, and other print materials. To enquire please reach out with details of your project so I can provide a price.
